3 people die because they misused a japanese foot massager. It's only for the feet and instructions or packaging clear indicate to not remove the cloth cover and to only use it on the feet. One woman removed the cloth, tried to use it on her neck, and it caught on her shirt collar and she was strangled. Idiots! This is tragic, and I feel awful for loved ones left behind. But sheesh!
