I cannot wait to move back to Winona. Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait. Seriously. Today is officially now the 10th, which means 15 more days until I return. I don't want to have to sit through classes, I don't want to have to do homework and study, I want to be out on my own again without anyone (well, to a limit) telling me what to do or where to go and what I can't do. I miss the atmoshphere, I miss the scenery, and most of all I miss the people!!
Today was excellent. Spent almost 9 hours at the Mall of America doing some hardcore shopping. Easy place to blow $200. Anywhoo, it was awesome because Megan, Steph, and Nicole met us at the mall. We all ate a lovely dinner at the Rainforest Cafe. The volcano brownie dessert was superb. Then we shopped, joked around, and just had a great time. I miss these people, and it's going to be grand to be with them almost 24/7.
I will be attempting 17 credits, 6 classes, which is pretty much suicide in itself. But I think I can do it, with the right mindset. It won't be the classes themselves, it will be the actual motivation I have, or lack thereof. I'm not going to let it worry me though.
Let's see, what else is new. Oh tomorrow I have an orthodontist appointment. I have this baby tooth that hasn't fallen out yet, and the adult one is up there not moving. I might need braces. It's going to suck ass. If I do end up getting them, it would be nice to have them off before my 21st birthday though. It will suck being a 19/20 year old with braces, but I think I've come to accept the fact that I might need them. After all, if my biggest problem right now is braces, I have nothing to complain about. They'll only make my teeth better. But I'm not 100% positive yet. We'll see. I'm nervous.
Summer has been flying by. Seriously, I'm not sure where July went. At first summer seemed to be dragging on, but now I can't slow it down. I do want to move back to Winona, but of course I'll miss it here. I hate my job, but I love the Wednesday night Bdubs trips. Some of the people I work with are some of the most genuine, caring, funny, and awesome people I know. It's nice to get out and relate to the crappy work and bash the awful co-workers. And I'll miss my friends from home, and all our crazy shenanigans. I got to hang out with a lot of different people, which was awesome!
Otherwise I don't know what else to say! I've had a jolly good summer, and although it's starting to wind down, I'm ready for school to start back up again. It's going to be a great year!!
P.S. Sean's sugar glider pet thingy is so fricken cool!!!
