wow, it's almost june. just a few more weeks until my birthday, depressing.
in other news, i'm getting back into the whole fashion world again- or rather, i didn't leave it. I've just been focusing more on design. which has been working, i'm learning more what my style is. so that's nice.
next i'm going to focus on developing my drawing skills. since they're nonexistent. and there's no way i'm getting into CCAD if i can't draw.
I'm getting back into sewing, i've got like... five projects lined up. no wait, six... i dunno. more than i can probably handle, i know that much...
soo, here's my design board idea catcher THINGIES. i'm missing my hoody v-neck dress one though. i don't feel like going to find it.
Green polka dot knit dress. w/ removable tulle tutu skirt and corset back. excuse my drawings, i did these in like five minutes.
basic wrap dress. it doesn't hurt to have something nice in my wardrobe. the fabric will be this black slinky shiny jersey stuff. i fail at identifying textiles...
Basic dress. the top part of the bodice is gathered, along with the midriff part. all of these dresses i will probably make a lot shorter than in the drawing- i am epic short.
Double-breasted military-esque vest. My aunt gave me this awesome olive upholsteryish corduoryish fabric. and the buttons are these awesome vintage buttons.
ANND MOVING ON. i'm going to show off my fashion sketches too. these are in chronological order.
i still feel a bit nervous about showing my drawings. and by the way, i know i fail at drawing shoes.
anyway, that's all for now. i'm gonna go play brawl now. hopefully soon i will have some real projects to show off.
