Happy New Year, all.

My 'resolutions' of sorts are more of the same really - I've had ups and downs in the exercise department but I want to focus more on that and have worked out a routine and such for that to work while here in the townhouse.

I'm also trying to make a point to meditate on a regular basis. Even if it's just 10-20 minutes here or there. I'm prone to being somewhat high-stress and it really does help with that, and it's good for discipline.

There are some other things I'll be working on, though I'll go into more detail on that later.
