I didn't win the lottery. Of course, to win, you'd have to buy at least one ticket, which I didn't do. I have no luck anyway.
Yesterday, work was liveable. The doc we had was the "get 'em in, get 'em out" guy. I'm not so sure how well I like that. He had at least one cardiac pain patient and he didn't even run a CBC on her much less a troponin. *shifty eyes*
Went to therapy. Whee. Went to pharmacy, dropped of script, went to Goodwill. I love the eclectic selection of books there. Bill O'Reilly next to Al Franken. LOL Christianity next to Tibetan Buddhism. Lots of self-help things as well as enough romance novels to kill a horse. :P I did manage to get a hardback copy of John MacPhees latest book for Dad. I got a couple of books on Tibetan artwork, a book about the BatBoy from "The Weekly World News" (it's SO funny!), and - of all things - a textbook on clinical hematology. Really. It's from the 90s and has nothing about the technology in use today. We've come so far, I suppose. I bought it to read, but also to cut out the photos of the cute little blood cells for art projects. Yes, I'm crazy like that.
I came home, did some artwork, fiddled around. Went to bed. Got up later, fiddled about in the art studio again. Not sure what I'm going to get into today. I ran all my errands yesterday. I should finish the cards I started. Not sure after that.
OK. My stomach has woken up enough to demand food. I guess I should go make/eat breakfast.
