Today at work was boring. Fine with me. :D
Phleb did a "legal BAC" (meaning this patient was drawn because he/she was intoxicated while driving and the cops got 'em). The cops were a bit on edge. The cops asked if she had heard about out in Gettysburg. Noooo. Apparently, a game commission warden caught some guy out poaching deer, words were exchanged, then so were bullets. The warden died. Freaky. Why would someone kill a person over a flippin' deer?? Some people need smacked. Like the couple who have five kids and live in a condemned building without electricity, heat, running water or a functioning toilet. (The kids were found and placed in foster care last September. The parents were arrested this July on various other charges. Speaking of idiots, ever read the comments at the bottom of an article? Especially CNN. My God! It scares me. In one article about an African American couple who had lost a son, some ass called them n*ggers! WTF! Words and I get along really well. I'm not afraid or rarely offended by them... but that is one I will NOT use. It's so many kinds of wrong, I can't begin to explain it. (I don't use any bigoted epithets as I believe in the equality of humans.)
