OK. Better day today. Busy at rotation. Good. Like busy. *Wiggles eyebrows*
Dad thinks the Little Red Cav'lier (sung to the tune of "Little Red Corvette") may have an injector going schizophrenic. He's going to call the Ewok to see what he thinks. So, I'm without wheels... sort of. I have Dad's van. I was talking when I got home about how it sucks that I was going to miss the convention because of no wheels. He said, "Why don't you take the van?" I said that I only had $200 in con fun money and the van would take all that in the gas tank! He replied that I should shut up and drive the van because I need to get away for a while. Not to worry about it. I just need Lil Red to last for 6 more months. Then I will be working somewhere and can afford a car payment again. *Sighes*
Uh, not much else going on. Just tired. The heat and humidity is going up and my energy level is going down.
Science Geek Joke:
I get really tired around 3:00pm. I have no idea why. It passes by 4:00. Every day I go through that. So, anyway, today at 3, I was staring into a microscope looking for yeast cells in a wet prep slide. I remarked that watching the little bacteria and yeast cells float by the lens was like watching a lava lamp... very soothing.
Now off to wash the fur and to try to relax a bit.
