Birthday Surprise
I woke up at 4am with a Horrible HEADACHE, Vicodin hardly phased it...and it's only gotten worse since then. It's honestly the WORST PAIN I'VE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I'm not exaggerating. Please pray for it to go away, I don't know if it's all just from my teeth or not, and it won't go away....
