Hey guys.
I'm in Eugene OR and starting my first outdoor garden (had a kitchen table herb garden last year). Most of my seeds have sprouted inside already, and most have instructions to not put them outside until the danger of frost is over.
When is the danger usually over?
I understand it would vary, but I am not very observant and so do not know if we often get frosts in April or something.
