(no subject)
hi everybody! so incase you couldn't tell im not quite of an updater, although i do check my friend's page almost everyday.
so obviously, it's summer! not the greatest summer of my life...not even close! it's not that anything bad has happened, it's that nothing great has happened.
I took a jazz summer camp, and im so sad its over because i love to dance! i really wish i could go to clubs and stuff at this age so i could just dance any night i want. and i know i could dance wherever and whenever, but its different at home, alone, than it is with groups of people, which im sure you all know. and watching at DCI i loved watching the guard dance more than spin! (and now im thinking of Dane Cook talking about girls going to clubs to dance and guys going to pick up chicks!)
which btw, i did end up getting to go to the DCI show at ISU! mr. and mrs. maginnus drove me up there and i got a ride home with mark shoeur(sp?), laura shoeur, and rachel greene! which was so much fun! we listened to music, rachel and i lounged together in the back seat and listened to Dane Cook! which was halarious because mark was quoting with it!
and on the way out of Normal, IL we stopped at a gas station that like 5 cavaliers just happened to be at and mark talked to one of them and right before they left laura and i got one of his gloves! (which sounds extremely weird and gross when i say it but its really cool!)
and last saturday i saw the Lakehouse with rachel, which was a very good movie! then we stopped at target and i bought A Walk To Remember, Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights, Hardball, and Drumline! rachel got pride and prejudice, moulin rouge, and hitch! then we stopped by lindsey's house and chilled and talked for awhile!
so that's pretty much my summer, not that great, but im not complaining(except i havent achieved any of my goals i set for the summer...particularly the 'go on at least one date' but hopefully it will happen before the summer is over!
