I'm gonna just keep my food intake in my written journal...I can't always get on the computer cuz of Mike, and I don't wanna bore anyone with what I eat

Well, to build lean muscle it's important to eat tons of protein and you MUST lift a bit of heavier weights....Now, usually people will think heavy weights = OMG I'm gonna get like so big...THAT'S FALSE!!!! The muscle that you build will be 'small'...cuz muscle is more dense, therefore taking up less space...You will not get bigger, don't worry!!
First off for eating...try to have protein at almost every meal...it's a bit harder to gain lean muscle though when you have an ED...since mine got worse I've almost lost 1/2 of all the lean gain I had last year...cuz if you 'starve' at all...your body will sooner or later start eating away at your muscles...so eating 'healthy' is important! Usually start off with plain oatmeal in the morning (or some sort of 'good' carb for energy)...You should eat a small snack between each meal...if you like protein shakes (the ones with hardly any carbs though)...they're great to have and very filling! Every two hours you should have something small... ~ breakfast ~ 2 hrs. later (shake, some sort of protein snack...almonds, small yogurt even) ~ lunch (best thing is grilled chicken breast-no skin or bones, salad, and if you like it...broccoli steamed) ~ 2 hrs. later protein snack ~ 2 hrs. later dinner (fish, or grilled chick. again, with salad, and some sort of complex carb..like broccoli/sweet potatoe ~ 2 hrs. later protein snack again
WATER WATER WATER!!! This is the KEY thing!! You must drink tons of it!!! I usually drink between 2-4 litres a day!!!
Workouts- here's a site that I love...hope it helps...but remember....take all this info that you get..filter it through and find what works for you!!! Play with it a bit cuz everyBODY is different obviously :) ALSO...as you can tell when you go to the site she's a bodybuilder/pro competitor...but the info can work for everyone...even if you don't wanna look like that...just take ideas about the nutrition and workouts, and make it work for you...when you get to the home page...click on intersection...and check out each part...the iron and fuel part is about workouts and foods to eat...any questions just let me know!!
