Food intake yesterday:
cereal (110), sugar free fudgesicle x2 (90total), sugarfree popsicle x2 (50total), source yogurt (70), salad (80) Total cals = 400
Spinning class 6pm for an hour...burned 900-1000 cals!!!!!
Today:
9am- cereal (110)
I weighed myself this morning and I'm finally right at 140...definately not my goal but it sure is better than 175...and I'm still on my period...so I guess that's okay!
Last night was fun at the spinning class...wow, is it ever intense!!!
My ass kills this morning from sitting on that bike....but it's worth it!! This weekend is gonna be pretty boring...and I hate having nothing to do cuz then all I think about is food, and wanting to b/p...uggghhh...I need to keep busy, but there's nothing to do :(
