Okay, okay, so I got roped into embodiment
Journaling daily in a paper journal is definitely appealing, so I've picked out my journal and want to start NOW. Okay, I cheated and started already ;).
The new 2005 journal, freshly resurrected from the collection

A double spread because I wanted more room.
I'm playing with paints and pastels. It's sparse on words so far, but I'm sure I'll have days when I just have to fill this with blocks and blocks of text. Later today, I'll be doodling around in this, but I'm also planning on working on another painting. I want a simple, "just for the fun of paint" kind of painting.
