Out and about
This was a good weekend. I had such a craving for Red Lobster, so we ended up there on Saturday night. That was SO good after painting for hours. I devoured all of my shrimp and lobster in a very short period of time. ;)
We still haven't gotten over our love of boardgames, so after dinner I got trounced three times in a row at Chinese Checkers. (And I used to think I was good at this game WHY?).
Sunday was great. We woke up relatively early so we could do this canoeing event. It's amazing how fast we can actually paddle when you're going up against other people. That was tiring but fun. We recovered by going to the art store, out for pizza and then a stop at the library so I could check out a bunch of oil painting books.
I got a lot of sun today. I'm practically BROWN. :D The boy is more of a golden color (lucky him).
