well i have decided to exercise everyday and eat way better than i have been eating...ive pretty much cut sodas out and im working on cigarettes....ive got that down to basically nothing as long as im not drinking and theres another story too.....BUT, i know it wont be over night for everything, im just trying to make it more of a habitual thing.....i really am not happy with feeling like shit and looking out of shape everyday so im doing something about it.....so far its been a week and things are starting to seem good... hey i might be able to pull this off without giving up
