I just watched all of Big O! And my mind is diving for answers in the vast pool of questions in my mind.
All the world is merely a stage. It can't be quite as simple as that.
Roger never bled. That coupled with the fact that he was seen being mass produced convinces me that he was not one of Rosewater's "tomatoes," so to speak, but actually another android, built to mimic and embody the will of the original Roger Smith, co-creator of the city of Amnesia with Gordon Rosewater, father to Angel.
In the End, Angel ended the show, bringing only Roger and Dorothy along with her, and then everything was set back to how it was. Then, it leads back to Paradigm City being back to how it originally had been, with Roger, Dorothy, and Angel guiding the world's end as we had seen it from a control room, like that of a televison station, or an editor's room. Except that, it all still took place in Paradigm, city of amnesia.
A show within a show, controlled at the makers of yet another show. All assuming that everyone still accepts and believes the paradign of all life and creation.
Paradigm
A set of assumptions, concepts, values, and practices that constitutes a way of viewing reality for the community that shares them, especially in an intellectual discipline.
A show created and controlled by the denizens of yet another show. Mind-bending. Then again, it really is all just a show. Big O!, that is. Where the real question lies is, is it just another all-encompassing show that created the likes of Big O?
Let's all find out one day.
EDIT: In addition, I have discovered yet another secret that lies within the intricacies that make up the Big O! world. The players in question, like Dorothy and Roger, were not even human-sized. Rather, they were made the size of dolls, or action figures, just like the Big Fau toy that Alex Rosewater had been fooling around with. Their city of Domes, as well as the even larger dome that encompassed their world, was built to their tiny scale. Much like an experiment.
The circle continues.
