Frolic last weekend was great fun as always. Great turnout, and great music if I do say so myself. Many, many thanks to neonbunny for putting on such a fantastic event every month. I was really pleased to get the chance to play again

Man, you really know how to put together a dance mix! Like, you saved the most exhilarating stuff until 2/3 of the way though. Crucial timing. Punk (my fave), Are You Ready For This (FUCK yeah!), C'Mon - wow, what a rave-up! So great, and it was all new to me, too. Totally made me wish I was at Frolic that night! :D

No, I guess it was Milky Way that was my fave, after all. Anyway, that whole sequence was righteous! This shit is going to keep me going for a LONG time. ^^

That's one of my favorites as well. :)

As for the timing it's a little tricky doing the opening set. It's long and people seem to want to hang out and chat for a bit (and drink and get into fursuit if that's their thing) before they get down to dancing. You have to sort of gauge when people are getting in the mood and bring things up accordingly.

Heh, I should thank you! Playing your set at the proper volume, my subwoofer is circulating so much air in here I don't need an air conditioner! ;) Seriously, though, I wish we had sounds like this at that Mem Day party. If I had ANY complaint about that shindig, it was the lack of decent tunes. Things were just a bit too sedate there, if you know what I mean. ^^
