I hear you, I hear you! I agree and I even started it; have been intending to publish it on the IDF but I've got the worst block right now about it. I'm not happy with the tone I started with and I'm really frustrated; be consoled though, I may be one to put something aside for a bit when it's not working right but I always finish. Arc 3 is necessary so it will happen.
I have started on a new story - a response to HeartAssasin's prompt in Poke the Muse 2 - "Caught in a Hurricane". It won't be epic but it will allow me to get my head back into this couple and hopefully I'll work out where I want to go exactly with Arc 3.
By the way, the trouble with Arc 3 lies with Andy and issues associated with both post-concussion syndrome and PTSD - I just can't decide how deep to go with it or if I even want to go that way. I don't do angst for angst sake but it would be a natural result of the events in her life but it would be difficult so I've just kind of shut down on it.
