Downgrading from "Sec-Con 1" to "Sec-Con 2" Alert:
Effective immediately, the "Sec-Con 1" state of emergency has been downgraded to "Sec-Con 2" until further notice. Wondercon is still on, but no further projects other than FanimeCon are planned. No plans will be set beyond May 31, 2011.
Procedures are currently being implemented to avoid repeating the chain of events that triggered the "Sec-Con 1" alert.
