In the past I was never really a fan of Belle & Sebastian, but their new record "The Life Pursuit" is simply amazing. Reading reviews I guess they have changed their sound a bit since Isobel left the band... whatever they did, I like! I have recently come across several great albums, including this Belle and Sebastian album, The Boy Least Likely To album "The Best Party Ever", Cat Power's "The Greatest", and Neutral Milk Hotel's "In An Aeroplane Over The Sea". These artists make music I currently dig, which is essentially rock with upbeat melodies, catchy hooks, and smooth and well sung lyrics. Music makes me happy.
I am trying to stay off AIM so to avoid a massive time waster. And hopefully I won't waste time on this bad boy much... let's take things one step at a time though, shall we?
