I am typing this entry with one hand

Because I went ice skating today, and just when I thought I was getting the hang of it, I fall backwards, landing on my left hand.  And it hurts like hell.  I have been taking ibuprophen and icing it.  An hour ago I was watching tv and the meds wore off, and I was in so much pain!  Everything from my elbow to my fingers throbs and aches.  We think I got a sprained hand/wrist and some deep bruises in my arm.  Ouchies.

Other than falling, ice skating was fun! And the staff guy who was giving me pointers, and who helped me up when I fell, was pretty cute.
