So, I was one of a select few chosen out of my whole education class (the whole class of May 2010, pretty awesome) to interview for this research program that the university is doing. "ECHO seeks to maximize performance and engagement in school . . . by addressing areas of concern outlined in the "Community Focus Report" (2004) by implementing integrated prevention oriented services in two high-risk schools in Springfield." Basically, they want us students to spend our methods practicum and our student teaching with one class in a Title 1 school for the whole year. There are nine of us who will be interviewing for 5 spots, and the interview is next Tuesday. I want to do this REALLY REALLY BAD!!! But the thought of being interviewed by the two principals is really freaking me out, lol. I am trying to figure out what they will be asking me. I'm also wondering what in the hell I am going to wear (eep). I'm nervous, so any advice would be wonderful :)
