Because damn that is a lot of grapes.
Well, not really. We had tons more than this when I was a kid, and Dad had a dozen vines in the back yard. But it's more than I can easily eat by myself, and the figs are getting ripe now too. I have some experimental peach-fig bread cooling right now, and we'll have to see how it comes out. I used a recipe which called for dried apricots, and there was a lot more moisture in the fresh fruit, so I had to knead in a lot more flour as it rose, and I'm not sure if it will be tasty or just weird.
