I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vic's

Well, no , I didn't. But we did see a big-ass coyote strolling down one of the streets near the park in broad daylight. We stopped a few houses away to see if it would turn down the alley, because Bo was a little too interested in it for comfort, and it looked to be almost as big as he is. (Which, for a coyote, is BIG.) It did turn, but it came back out almost immediately, saw us, and stood there regarding us warily. We turned around and went back to the park, much to Bo's annoyance, and the coyote went back the way it had come.

It's probably the same one Kathy saw crossing Indian School Road a while back. Usually they're more out on the edges of town, and you don't see them in the middle of the day like that.
