Tree decorating!
My brother's in town for a couple of days and we had him and my mother over this morning. We tried to get them to help decorate, but they only wanted to supervise. Churro was helpful as usual.
They only had smallish trees at the lot near us this year -- nothing over six and a half feet. (And the trees they say are six and a half feet never are -- I'm only 5'5, and there's no way they're a foot taller than I am.) But though small, it's very nicely shaped, and I think it came out well, though we only had room for about two-thirds of the ornaments.
