Fantastic Voyage with Daleks

Things I didn't care for about this episode:

1. The main plot was just silly. Why the hell did they have to miniaturize themselves? They could have just opened the thing's front plate and the Doctor could have zapped the leak shut. Of course then the Dalek would have vaporized everyone immediately, because these people are idiots who didn't take advantage of its broken state to disarm it, but you can't have everything.

2. Since when does the Doctor have a rule against soldiers? What about Jamie? The Brigadier? Harry? Benson? Even Leela -- more of a warrior than a soldier, but the people she killed were just as dead. Maybe this is something he decided after the Time War, but still.

Things I liked:

1. The rapport between Twelve and Clara. 1000000% better than Eleven and Clara. Suddenly Clara is interesting.

2. Danny Pink. I was meh on the character when I read the leaked scripts, but the actor really sells him, and he and Clara had great chemistry. If they kill him off, I shall be Displeased.

3. They almost managed to make Daleks scary again.

4. The whole 'good Dalek' concept. That is like catnip to me; it's a shame they'll probably never touch it again. I want a spinoff about the Adventures of Rusty the "I'm Not Good, But I'm Okay" Dalek!

Overall, pretty decent. I liked it a lot more than I expected to.
