The revised and beta'd version of this story is here.
This is… um… about fifty percent of a Lynnevitational post. Due to a lot of things, I have just barely finished this today, and haven’t had time to get it beta’d, or find out if it’s hopelessly confusing without the preceding stories. I can really hear Buffy thinking that, if that makes any sense.

Noticed one typo: Buffy ate a power par.

Aww... I choked up on that last bit, honestly.

Love it. Always love it. And even if it is the third part, just a little shimmy into the first paragraph or two and the universe fits in my head like a favorite pair of cozy pj's. :)

Oh, I don't think so. I think it fits them perfect. Buffy might like to be gooey, but she can't get the words out... and while Spike could, they both know actions speak volumes. At least, that's how I read them.

That was lovely! Great to see the spotlight on Spike and Buffy in your 'verse. I can't wait to see the rest!

Well, I want to get back to some of my other WIPs first, but sometimes stuff comes out of order. *g*

Spike’s poetry may suck, but his fingers were laureates, inscribing sonnets in flesh.
What a lovely line!

You can feel their history all through this; the love, the fighting spirit, their commitment to each other and their family and friends. Great job.
