I looked out the window today and saw this cute bastard literally 10m from the house.
(Things on the sides are the blinds.)
Can quite safely say I personally have never seen wallabies in our yard before now, although I know they've been seen locally.

Went to an apartment inspection with leviathan777 just now. Nice place, in the same building my friends live in so I knew what to expect. LOTS of people there.
The earliest we can hand our application in is Tuesday, since we can't get our references to sign the damn form today, and there's a public holiday on Monday.
Not confident we can get it with the way things are, but we can try.
Still another place to go for as well, if the entirely unhelpful agent would consider returning my calls the way she says she will.
