My Little Ponies!
One of my LJ friends collects My Little Ponies and recently posted about the latest redesign.
I was intrigued to learn they come in Generations, like Transformers and hunted down a MLP collector's resource to look up the ones I had as a kid...
* First one I ever got was Twist, the red-haired purple fuzzy unicorn from '86... (in the seventh photo in this section)
* Then I got the full set of mail-order Sparkle Ponies, including Clipper, a blue boy pony with a mohawk and freckles. I don't remember the purple pegasus being named Twinkler, though, I thought she had another name. Firefly, maybe. She and Sky Rocket and Clipper, plus Twist, were my favourites.
* A Brush N' Grow pony, I think it was Star Gleamer from '89. But Ringlets and Bouquet from '88 also look familiar.
* Summer Wing Pony Little Flitter (I think) and
* Watercolour Baby Sea Pony Seashore (both on this page)
* A whole bunch of Petite Ponies and one of their houses.
* The four Baby Sparkle Ponies. Pretty sure I managed to collect them all in the end.
