Yesterday was the dance. somewhat exciting. Grace and jamie and catherine went to my house. We watched a scary movie, well, I don't think it was that scary, Jamie hardly watched at all, but Grace and Catherine sure thought so. How do I know? They were screaming throughout it. At the end, they were so frightened, they screamed whenever there was scary music and implied suspense. They were so funny. Even when nothing happened, they screamed at the top of their lungs and they were like running upstairs to meet Jamie and me. (Jamie didn't like scary movies and so the first half of it, she was at the piano playing MAry had a little lamb. note from author: Jamie is so humorous. The second half, I persuaded her to watch, but she didn't watxch the first half so she and I, went upstairs to decide on an outft for me to wear. (it was already 5:50) Then, when I saw them, they were like, "its so scary." I was like, okay, they met up witha scary part, its a natural response. I did that kind of, with my brother the first time I watched it. But when I saw what had scared them, I realized nothing scary even happened yet. They were still driving. Maybe, it was the music or all the trees, but it scared me how intimidated by driving and scenery and implied doom. The irony of it was that when they first read the back cover of the dvd case for the movie, they were like, it sounds boring. I persauded/forced/told them to watch it, and they realized they weren't at loss.
Actually, Americans had the suckiest horror movies. For example. The ring was actually remaked from Japan. That was already scary enough. I mean, the american remade version. But when my Taiwanese (influence from japanese horror movie) they laughed. Isn't that scary?
So anyway, they played some cool music at the dance. Some people breaked. Our generation of eight graders really are hardly in comparison to all the outgoingness of last year's eight graders. The seventh graders almost seem to surpass us. But whatver, the dance was fun and they played some good music. No really good breakers dis year though. A few, but not enough. Lots of excitement on Grace's side, but to me, it seemed like everything was flirting around. Ah Ha! And catherine got something out of it. The long-anticipated couple, Dj and Austin (and Dj, if you want me to take this off, I will)have shown their eternal faith in the.....glowstick Austin gave her, which in turn she transferred to Catherine, who had a dream of having suck a pink glowstick at that very dance. Man! It was 3 dollars. I don't no how rich Austin is, but I would never ever waste 3 dollars just like that. They have to be a close friend or something of the sort.
Anyway, so it was fun, I guess. Lots of people changed. A lot. But yeah, today was not exciting AT ALL. So yea. I'm so lazy. Can't find a good backgound. or layout. I'll get it later then.
