So, my car decided to go and die on my Thursday evening. Found out today that it was in fact the timing belt, and I'm having that replaced on top of a few other things that go along with that because something screwed up big time. A big unfortunate thing is that it's going to cost me about $300 with labor factored in. I can't imagine what it would be if my dad couldn't get parts at cost. I'd probably be hurting pretty badly then.
So because I need more money and because Target's been hacking down on the number of hours they're giving their employees this time of year, I've applied at the gas station that's pretty close to my house. It takes me 10 minutes to get there if I get stuck behind a logging truck or something like that and they start out paying a good chunk more than I'm making now. They've also got some decent insurance options, which is also a plus. *sigh* I hope I get the job there, especially if it's full time. ... ... ... I want a Lu Wen very badly. D: Darn you, Luts!
