What is a "graham cracker"? Is there a non-US equivalent?

They're like digestives but a little bit lighter. I think a pack of digestives made into crumbs would work brilliantly.

As a further alternative, here's a recipe. Not that I'm suggesting you bake crackers for the sole purpose of making them into crumbs, but the ingredient list and/or a single baking might spark a replacement idea.

If you crush a whole bunch of pretzels into crumbs, it works very nicely as a replacement. Bit less sweet and less "peanut butter cup inna bar" tasting, but very delicious nonetheless.
