Peach Blueberry Cobbler
Originally uploaded by Ragnvaeig. Dad is coming over on Sunday morning, so I went up to the farm stand up the road and got a punnet of blueberries and a small half-bushel of peaches. Most of this fruit went into a peach blueberry cobbler, the recipe for which came mostly from Smitten Kitchen, but because I am chronically incapable of leaving a recipe alone, I added a bit of ginger.
