Rhubarb coffee cake

I can definitely recommend Smitten Kitchen's big crumb coffee cake, which involves rhubarb, as I have made it for the second time in two weeks. Yes, it's that tasty. I blame the ginger.

I was surprised by the combination of coffee and rhubarb, and upon looking at the recipe it turns out that "coffee cake" seem to be a type of cake rather than "cake containing coffee". You weird americans. :-)

It is cake-you-have-with-coffee, which to me is rather more strongly-flavoured than cake-you-have-with-tea, but I don't know if that's the division for normal Americans.
