This is my letter for the Philippine Daily Inquirer with regards to this article by Isagani Cruz:
First and foremost, your proof reader or chief editor who was in charge of allowing things published for the Page A10 of the August 12, 2006 issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, was not doing his job very well.
What a disappointment it is to see that the Philippine Daily Inquirer has just voiced out a message of hatred and narrow mindedness.
Do you people have any idea that homosexuals are not just the parlorista stereotypes that this person is pointing towards?
Have you any idea that there is a big probability that there are gay men working for you in your company? Furthermore, have you any incling that there're gay people who purchase your publications?
Philippine Daily Inquirer, Isagani Cruz, be he old or not, is not exempt from being educated with the current social spectrum and the responsibility he has as a columnist.
You have just published an article that may enforce the blind hatred and chauvinistic bigotry that is already plaguing the harmony that people have always sought for.
Is this what you people had in mind, whenever you produce your publication daily?
You better WORK!!! -- PROPERLY
