RIP Jim Baen
Jim Baen recently passed away.
He was the publisher of Baen Books. Baen published books in the sci-fi genre. Authors he published included David Weber, John Ringo, Eric Flint, David Drake, Lois McMaster Bujold, Elizabeth Moon, Mercedes Lackey, and Larry Niven.
I've read and enjoyed a great deal of work that was published by him, and I just wanted to pay my respects.
