RIP Steve Gerber
Comic book writer Steve Gerber passed away (due to pulmonary fibrosis).
He co-created Howard the Duck, and his credits include the Defenders, Omega the Unknown, and Foolkiller. He also wrote for several cartoons in the 80's (such as GI Joe and Dungeons & Dragons), and created Thundarr the Barbarian (the cartoon, not the character).
