I selected the above from a link via TheAgitator a.k.a. Radley Balko (good for so much more than government horror stories), whose company I enjoyed this past weekend for the first time since Summer '04. At one point, our rooftop conversation circle included Balko, Reason editor-in-chief Matt Welch, and libertarian-outreach hero Drew Carey. Needless to say it was invigorating!
