That first one is just pathetic, could she be any more obvious about it? I hope she wasn't surprised she got caught.

The last one is just sad and pathetic. However I can totally see you having to arrest that chick since you wind up with all the 'special' ones.

I was not allowed to pursue shoplifters outside the door to CVS in Oakland. Once they made the door, they were home free.
One of the few things I enjoyed there was foiling shoplifters. Too bad they wouldn't pay me or anyone else full time to do it. The only actual people for LP were store managers, who rarely had the time.
