Sometimes, i love helping little old ladies order a book. i know that sounds strange. But, they're almost always so appreciative. They love being personally helped by a customer service rep because so often they don't get the help their looking for. And sometimes their local bookstore is just too busy to help them properly. And, sometimes their computers just will not work for them. And, sometimes they just feel like calling the publisher.

Sometimes... it's just so darn cute.
