In the beginning...
Eru, or in the lanquage of the Elves: Illuvatar, created Ea, the world that is. Thus began the First Age of the Stars and the creation of the Ainur. The greatest of the Ainur were known as the Valar, led by Manwe, second only to Illuvatar, and the lesser Ainur were known as Maiar. They were all bodiless spirits until the kingdom of Arda was created off the shores of Middle-Earth. There dwelt the Valar and the great lamps that covered the world in light. Melkor, brother of Manwe, destroyed these lamps and was imprisoned for 4 ages for throwing the world into darkness.
Originally I was supposed to go over the rach's today because she wanted cheesesteaks(a rare occurance), but she had an Edelstein appointment at 1, so scratch all hopes of fun for the day. God my life sucks. I'm working at 6, prob til 11 or 12, since it's saturday, so if anyone wants to visit Solaris tonight, be my guest.
