wow i haven't updated in like FOREVER. SO MUCH has been going on.... i dont have any idea where to start! seriously! so, here's an idea: if ya really wanna know anything, anything at all, comment and ask, otherwise there's just gonna be a nice big gap in my life on LJ, mmk?
anyways, i'm doing homework right now (kinda), and there's a bunch of german words here that i'm translating... hold on. see, i picked out my choir solo for solo/ensemble. i said that this year i wasn't going to do a solo in another language unless it was german. so i'm doing a german solo. it's called "An die Musik" and powers says no one else at PHS has ever chosen this song. yay! anyway, there's a bunch of words that i can't find, so if ya know german, help!!
wow i'm a frickin genius. brittany (uwhockey32) is online right now, i'll just ask her.
tonight i have to go perform at the blankenhaus for swing choir. it's nice to know about these things more than a few hours in advance, isn't it? well, i wouldn't know. didn't find out until choir today. gRRR. as if i didn't just spend all of saturday getting SwingChoired-out. ah, yes. saturday was the Lodi Swing Choir Invitational, in which a bunch of swing choirs from the area go to lodi high school and spend the day learning the music and dances for three songs. well, dances for two songs; one of the songs was a slow one w/ no dance. it was okay, i suppose. the clinician was a bit of a total jackass the whole day, though. but i would still like to do it next year, b/c it's one of those things where it's kind of a drag, and you complain all day about it, but overall it's fun.
concert on thursday... i should be doing my physics, since i have a test tomorrow... but i am the Queen of Procrastination, so why stop now? also, it's not like i studied for that AP History essay/test thingy today. it wouldn't be fair to history if i studied for physics. :D yeah....
anyways, i'd really like a new layout, a non-Lost one (*gasp!* i know!) but this comp is evil (EEEVIIILLL!) so i don't know how well that one'll work, but we shall see! oh, yesss, my precioussss, we shall see. (i've been rereading LOTR again.)
i suppose i've wasted enough time for now. Ich werde gehen. (i'm trying to say "i will go" but i'm not sure das ist richtig.) oh well.
