I had two big speeches this last week. One was to the large south side business group. I used Galdwell’s Blink to explain the process. Other was ASSE 100th conference and I covered the hot incentives topic.
I bought some Fruta Bio. It seems to be the non FDA version of Fruta planta. Wish me luck.
I tried coconut water due the potassuim content being more than bananas. The constant leg cramps at nite are gone. Bom Dia’s coconut splash is the best.
