I try not to hold out too much hope, knowing the rug will get pulled out from under me at some point. But today was beyond even my pessimistic expectations. A colossal clusterfuck from the moment I woke up, haunting my every step at work, all the way until now. Murphy has had me bent over a barrel the entire day. I don't know whether I want to curl up into a ball and cry, or scream until my head actually explodes.
