1. Find a building with multiple stories - the higher the better.
2. Locate an easily smashable object. Fruit, eggs, and other food products are good since they are biodegradeable. Mad at the environment? Then try a balloon filled with motor oil or toxic waste. Cheap? Then steal fruit from the cafe. Anything that you might find that's broken in your room would also work excellently (especially if it's your roommates).
3. Inconspicuously open a window on one of the higher floors of the building.
4. Look carefully around for pedestrains below and anyone who might be watching you.
5. Once the coast is clear throw that object!
