 Oklahoma legislature passes a law that requires an ultrasound for a woman seeking an abortion, usually a transvaginal one, and requires her to listen to the tech or doctor describe the fetus. At the same time, they cap malpractice suits for "wrongful life" suits, wherein a doctor lies about things like birth defects to prevent abortions.

Let's just put a state mandate out there for rape by instrumentation, why don't we?
