However, the risk of sexual abuse was "diminished when they are awake and alert".

What the hell!? Because a girl can clearly defend herself against a grown man, provided she's awake and alert enough, right?

IKR? Only ladies who are asleep with the doors and windows all unlocked are ever raped.

Ever.

(And not just a girl. A fairly YOUNG girl. 8 and 10? WTF)

My daughter is seven - and just the idea to send her to sleep/spend time at all at the place of someone like this...no. I won't even go there in my mind.

The Family Court found the father had invited one of the girls into his bed, and had "demonstrated affection toward her in a way that was, in all the circumstances, inappropriate for a child of that age".

So, besides the porn, they have this as evidence and they STILL are allowing this to happen?!?! WTH?!?!? What are people THINKING!!!???!!??

I thought his visitation was supervised? If that's the case I feel a tiny bit better about it.

I'd feel better if it were supervised by a black belt in martial arts who had been a victim of child abuse.

If I were those kids' mum I'd be hiring bodyguards for them.

By an "adult friend". Meaning there's nothing stopping him from just inviting over a friend who's just as perverted as he is. Or, hey, molesting them when said friend is asleep. Or during the daytime when said friend is in another room...
