Diggrading women, one "clever" macro at a time
My recent failpost on the topic of rape-related stupid in sf_drama brought me here. From the wonderful, feminist news/media site known as Digg comes a link to an ever-so-clever chart about why women will not have sex with you ("you" being men, since obviously there are no women on the internet).
Let's spend a minute or two or infinity pointing out everything wrong with the chart. Let's start with the premise - that women can't have legitimate reasons not to have sex, and the reasons they give must thus be bullshit. Let's emphasize such particular points as trivializing rape, female sexuality, side effects of medications, emotional wants and needs, personal comfort, etc.
Let's go to the comments, where we find such enlightening revelations as antoniuk's affirmation that "#1 truth is "I'm a gold digging slut who only opens my vagina for money."
DiggTheUniverse's cure for headaches? "Just tell her you can powder your penis with aspirin! She can take it orally or as a suppository."
I can't decipher if EyeOweDubbyaAye is being sarcastic with "OMG!! When will you just get over it! You got raped like 8 months ago, seriously it's time to move on. Just sayin'." but Kronos6948 believes the solution to rape trauma is to put out, and he uses such classy rhetoric as ""Turning men down is what got you raped in the first place, right?"" to keep the women coming (oh!).
Kronos6948 has a massive store of wisdom to share with us all, especially about the anti-man conspiracy those damn rape victims are clearly cooking up: "I've been with a couple of women who had been raped, and they've both had different reactions. One was a sexpot (so more than likely her claim was to cover up sex that she regretted), and the other one was frigid, but she supposedly didn't even know she was raped since it happened in her youth. Her mother told her about it. Did I mention that her mother and grandmother both hated men? Could it have been something planted in her head during childhood to make her hate men too?"
I guess the stupid is rather contained, as far as Diggscussions go, but it's still reflective of a pretty significant social problem...
