Ohio is trying to give fathers a right to a fetus. No written consent, no abortion. If she doesn't know, she needs to submit a list, wait for the fetus to be far enough along for a paternity test and then get written consent.
And, just to show that these fuckers just hate women in general, FTA: "In addition, women would be required to present a police report in order to prove a pregnancy is the result of rape or incest." Yes, ladies, you need to submit a police report. 'Cause that's the first thing every rape victim I know has done. And regarding incest? I'll be over here with my ten foot pole.
There is nothing in the article to imply that these fathers have any financial responsibility after they deny abortion. And even if they do, all the single mothers out there have such and easy time getting child support, yup.
