District Attorney uses photos from the alleged sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl as an educational tool. "In 2007, when Felman was 17, she went to a 'nighttime field party,' according to her complaint. She alleged that a group of boys tore off her clothes at some point during the party and that one of the boys, a 'South American exchange student,' raped her in a truck bed, while the others took photos.
After she reported the sexual assault to the police, they investigated, questioning witnesses and confiscating the photos taken at the party. The police turned all the evidence over to Anderson County Attorney Frederick Campbell, who ultimately decided not to prosecute the boy that Felman had accused of raping her.
Then Campbell thought it was a good idea to share the photos with others."
